The CASA committee regrets to announce that the conference proceedings for CASA 5 will not be published, as the minimum number of papers to submit for publication could not be reached.

We once again thank everyone who took part in the conference either as a session chair, presenter or member of the public, and we hope to see many of you again in one of our future conferences.
